Welcome to Pandemonium!, where gravity’s got jokes, the levels twist like rollercoasters, and every jump might land you in something weirder than the last. Originally released in the mid-‘90s across multiple platforms, this Sega Saturn version delivers the smoothest ride of them all — a vibrant, fast-paced 2.5D platformer that still bursts with life today.

You’ll play as the jester Fargus and the sorceress Nikki, who accidentally summon a dimension-eating monster (whoops), and now have to platform, dash, and somersault their way through surreal worlds to fix it. Each level is a feast of colorful visuals, wacky enemy designs, and actual curves — thanks to that Saturn horsepower, offering one of the most visually impressive and responsive versions of the game.

With its fluid animations, responsive controls, and weirdly theatrical charm, Pandemonium! doesn’t try to be dark or brooding — it’s here to have fun, make you smile, and maybe mess with your depth perception a little.

And for collectors? The Saturn version didn’t get the same print volume as the PlayStation release, making complete PAL or Japanese copies harder to come by — and increasingly prized for platforming fans who know the good stuff.
